These terms
These terms apply to foundbychat.com, the app at app.foundbychat.com and the free GEO audit (together, "FoundByChat"). FoundByChat is run by Bitgate, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using it, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. You must be at least 16 years old.
The service
FoundByChat asks ChatGPT your questions and shows which of your pages it finds and cites. It is free. We provide it "as is" and "as available": to the extent the law allows, we make no promise that it is uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose. ChatGPT's answers vary and come from OpenAI, so we don't guarantee any result, position or traffic. FoundByChat is not affiliated with OpenAI.

We can change these limits, the features and how often we check at any time.
Your account
One account per person. Keep access to your sign-in email secure and tell us if someone else got into your account. You're responsible for what happens in it.
Your content
Your site details and questions stay yours. You let us use them only to run FoundByChat, for example by sending your questions to ChatGPT through our providers.
Acceptable use
Don't use FoundByChat to break the law or someone else's rights, to attack, probe or overload any system, including ours, to get around the limits, for example with extra accounts, or to reach data that isn't yours. Don't scrape or automate the site or the app; for automated access, use agent API keys.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time under Settings. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, if the law requires it, or if it puts FoundByChat or other users at risk. Where it's reasonable, we tell you first. We may also stop offering FoundByChat; where we can, we tell account holders by email first.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to FoundByChat is limited to 50 euros. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We post the new version here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we let you know by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using FoundByChat after that, you accept the new terms.
Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law, and disputes go to the Dutch courts. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
