AI VISIBILITY FOR AGENCIES

Does AI recommend
your clients?

Built around client brands, buyer questions, and captured answers.

A BETTER CLIENT CONVERSATIONIllustrative brief

YOUR CLIENT / ILLUSTRATIVE SCENARIO

The question worth asking.

THE BUYER ASKS

“Which payroll tool works best for a small team?”

THE OBSERVATION

Your client appears alongside a competitor. The answer mentions both brands, but cites only the competitor’s pricing page.

NEXT INVESTIGATION ↗Compare the cited pricing page with your client’s. Check what buyers can find, and whether crawlers can access it.

Fictional scenario, not a live result or an exported report. A citation is evidence to investigate, not proof of why AI chose a brand.

FOR SEARCH, CONTENT & DIGITAL TEAMS

  • Client-specific questions
  • Answers you can inspect
  • Gaps worth investigating

01 / MAKE IT PART OF THE WORK

A client question.
A clear next step.

A practical addition to your existing client work. Start with the questions that matter, then follow the evidence.

  1. Set the client’s context.

Choose the brand, audience, and market. Track the buyer questions your client wants to be considered for—not a generic list of prompts.

  2. Bring the answer to the review.

Inspect captured answers, brand mentions, competitors, and cited pages. Keep the question and available evidence alongside each observation.

  3. Investigate. Then check again.

Use site checks and citations to choose what to investigate. Make a change and monitor later observations without claiming the change caused them.

02 / SOMETHING YOU CAN STAND BEHIND

Less guesswork.
More evidence.

Keep client conversations grounded in what was actually observed. FoundByChat helps you separate the evidence from the explanation you still need to investigate.

The client’s own context
Switch between the client brands you have access to. Keep each brand’s questions, competitors, and observations in context.
The answer, not just the mention
Review captured answer text and available citations. A mention and a link to the client’s website are different things.
The limits, made visible
Read results within the tracked questions and available checks. Pending or missing data is not the same as a confirmed absence.

THE SHORT ANSWERS

Before the client asks.

A few things worth being clear about.

Does this replace our SEO tools?

No. FoundByChat adds a view of captured AI answers and their sources to your existing search workflow. Use it alongside rankings, traffic, and conversion data—not as a replacement for them.

Can we guarantee a client will be recommended?

No. Answers vary by question, engine, and time. Captured answers show what happened in those checks, not what every buyer sees. A citation does not guarantee traffic, sales, or future recommendations.

Are white-label exports and API access available?

No. White-label exports and customer API access are not currently available. If branded reports, exports, or integrations are essential to your team, tell us when you get in touch so we can discuss the fit before you commit.
